EXPORT PACKAGING CHARGES:
For Alaska and Hawaii, designate California based freight forwarding company. Freight will be charged at 12%, plus 8% charge for crating.

For oversees shipments, designate a US export consolidation warehouse. Freight will be based on location plus 8% charge for crating.

Minimum crating charge: $40.
